Kash Katering: From the Lowend to Leaving a Legacy — One Bite at a Time
I’m from the lowend. Southside Chicago.
Where culture isn’t something you learn… it’s something you live.
I grew up going to block parties, family functions, and neighborhood picnics — the kind where the music loud, the food bussin, and everybody feels like family.
And I remember watching it all thinking…
“I don’t just want to be here… I want to create this.”
Something bigger.
Something that brings people together.
Something that leaves a mark.

Before Kash Katering was a brand…
It was just me, an idea, and a love for food that meant something.
I didn’t want to cook regular food.
I wanted to take what I grew up on — the soul, the flavor, the culture — and flip it into something different.
Something creative.
Something unforgettable.
